Release of Liability & Indemnification
I acknowledge that off-road driving at the Armor Ditch Terrain Park is a potentially hazardous activity involving inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle rollover, collision, equipment failure, uneven terrain, mud, water crossings, and the actions of other participants. I understand that these risks can result in serious injury or death, and damage to my vehicle or property.
In consideration of being permitted to enter and use the park, I, for myself, my heirs, and personal representatives, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Armor Ditch, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation, including negligence.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armor Ditch from any loss, liability, damage, or costs arising out of or related to my participation. I confirm I am at least 18 years of age, am legally competent to sign this agreement, and have read and understood its contents in full.
