Please review our policies below. By purchasing a pass, membership, or event ticket, or by entering Armor Ditch Terrain Park, you agree to these terms and our park rules.
Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Memberships & VIP Passes
All membership purchases — including VIP, 90-Day Welcome Offer, Monthly, and Yearly passes — are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a membership is activated, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial use, early cancellation, weather conditions, trail closures, vehicle breakdowns, or change of mind. Canceling a recurring subscription stops future billing only; the current billing cycle remains active until its end date with no refund.
Event Tickets
Event tickets (including Jeep Invasion, Jeepers Creepers, and all special events) are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event you have purchased a ticket for, your ticket may be used as a credit toward any other Armor Ditch event of equal or lesser value. To apply your credit, contact us before the missed event or bring your ticket confirmation to the gate. Credits do not expire and can be applied to any future event.
Day Passes & Gate Entry
Day passes and gate entry fees are non-refundable once the pass holder has entered the park or the pass date has passed. Unused day passes may be applied as credit toward a future visit if you contact us before the date printed on the pass. No refunds are issued for early departure, trail closures during your visit, vehicle mechanical failures, or unsuitable weather conditions.
Weather & Trail Condition Closures
Armor Ditch operates year-round in all weather. Trails may be temporarily closed during your visit for safety reasons including severe weather, trail maintenance, or emergency recovery operations. These closures do not qualify for refunds or rain checks. If Armor Ditch cancels or reschedules an entire event due to weather or safety concerns, all ticket holders will receive a credit toward the rescheduled date or any future event.
Vehicle Breakdown & Recovery
Armor Ditch is not responsible for vehicle breakdowns, mechanical failures, or damage that occurs on the trails. No refunds or credits are issued for mechanical issues experienced during your visit. Recovery assistance may be available from park staff or other riders, but Armor Ditch is not liable for recovery costs, towing, or repair expenses.
How to Request a Credit
To apply a missed event ticket as a credit, contact us at the park office or call 603-702-8792 with your order confirmation number. Credits are processed within 48 hours.
